We’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Manager Trainee who’s eager to grow into a leadership role while delivering the best customer experience in the business.
What You’ll Do:

Greet customers warmly and guide them through the service process.

Write repair orders, communicate estimates, and explain services clearly.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate, timely repairs.

Monitor workflow, keep customers updated, and maintain strong relationships.

Learn all aspects of shop management, from scheduling to financial performance.

Support the shop manager and prepare to step into leadership responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a service advisor or strong customer service background (automotive preferred).

A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication—both with customers and team members.

Positive, professional attitude with leadership potential.

Valid driver’s license required.
