Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families? At Unified Behavior Consultation, LLC, we’re building a team of compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians who want to grow professionally while delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy.
As an RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We value collaboration, clinical excellence, and supporting our team every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Help children build communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies with consistency and compassion.
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to promote meaningful outcomes.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and HIPAA-compliant standards.
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential.
