Glazier / Shower Door Installer – Experienced & Entry-Level
We are growing and currently hiring for two types of positions:
- Experienced Glazier / Shower Door Installer
- Entry-Level Glazier Apprentice / Helper
Position 1: Experienced Glazier / Shower Door Installer
You will be responsible for leading and assisting with the installation of frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, and other residential glazing work.
Requirements:
- Clean and satisfactory California DMV driving record (required)
- Proven experience installing frameless shower doors (3/8" and 1/2" glass)
- Accurate measuring and general glazing skills
- Ability to lift 80–100 lbs frequently
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
- Professional appearance and excellent attendance
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive customer interaction skills
- References from previous employers required
Position 2: Entry-Level Glazier Apprentice / Helper
We are also hiring motivated individuals looking to start a career in the glazing industry. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn, work hard, and grow with the company is essential.
Requirements:
- Clean CA driving record preferred
- Ability to lift 80–100 lbs and work on ladders
- Basic mechanical skills or construction background a plus
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Desire to learn and take direction well
