Tiletek, Inc (www.tile-tek.com) has one (1) Sales Rep/Estimator position to fill covering the NE Florida area. Not everyone will qualify so please read the requirements carefully.
As a Sales Rep/Estimator, you'll play a critical role in winning new business and keeping our installers busy. You'll do this by attending initial appointments, bid walks, and follow-up meetings.
This role will actively participate in Business Development, Estimate work, and Close Deals.
- First year on-target total compensation including bonuses, $65,000 - 85,000 depending on performance with no cap on growth.

You are an ideal Candidate if:

> You have 6+ years experience working in construction trades. Tile work a plus
> You have experience estimating projects and work
> You're comfortable with money, sales range $5,000 -$50,000 with desire for bigger sales

Expectations
- Understand the customers needs and expectations
- Submit proposals within 48-72 hours
- Win 50% or more of proposals submitted

Responsibilities
- New contact development and revenue growth
- Point of Contact throughout the sales process
- Needs and requirements assessment
- Estimating, individually and as a team
- Presentations, individually and as a team
- Negotiating contracts and pricing terms with clients
- Coordinating closely with the project management team to ensure accurate handoffs, communication and client satisfaction
- Onsite presence and availability through all phases of completion
Skills
- Knowledge of construction site operations and construction management practices
- Ability to negotiate effectively and win sales deals
- Proficiency in using software tools like ProCore, Smartsheet, and PipelineCRM
- Advanced working knowledge with MS Excel
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment towards common goals
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
