Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floors through carpet cleaning, floor care treatments, and regular sweeping or mopping to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment; use appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Support custodial tasks including trash removal, restroom sanitation, and supply replenishment to keep facilities well-stocked and hygienic.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control and coordinating cleaning schedules.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to perform floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various textiles efficiently.
- Familiarity with custodial practices including trash disposal and restroom sanitation.
