About Pro Trades Academy
Pro Trades Academy is a growing private training facility dedicated to helping students build successful careers in the skilled trades. We are looking for a caring, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our Student Success team and become an important part of our students' educational journey.
Position Summary
The Student Success Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for students from enrollment through graduation. This role focuses on student onboarding, communication, attendance follow-up, scheduling, payment support, and overall student success.
No prior experience in the trades industry is required. We provide extensive training and will teach you our systems, processes, student experience standards, and communication approach. Our goal is to develop someone who fully understands the student journey and becomes a trusted resource for both students and the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct student onboarding appointments (Orientation / On-Bording)
- Explain school policies, expectations, schedules, and student resources
- Assist students with enrollment paperwork and platform access
- Help students set up payment plans and recurring payments
- Follow up with students regarding attendance, absences, and make-up classes
- Maintain accurate student records and schedules
- Respond to student questions, concerns, and requests
- Coordinate communication between students, instructors, and school leadership
- Assist with payment collection and account follow-up when necessary
- Support students throughout their educational experience
- Help identify and resolve student issues before they become larger concerns
- Provide front-desk and student support during evening class hours

Training & Growth
This position includes hands-on training with our Student Success Manager and leadership team. You will learn our student onboarding process, communication standards, scheduling systems, payment procedures, and student support strategies.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibility as Pro Trades Academy continues to expand.
