The Gatti Law firm is looking for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. We are a fast paced Personal Injury Law Firm looking for someone with legal experience or a Paralegal Degree. Personal Injury knowledge is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Draft and prepare pleadings for filing
Service of Summons
All aspects of scheduling
Prepare all documents for arbitration/mediation
Highly organized and self motivating
Able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast past environment
Request for production
Gather medical records and prepare medical summary itemizations
Open/closing and maintaining files from start to finish
Working for one attorney running a full caseload

Pay: $4,400.00 - $5,000.00 per month
