strongPay Details:/strong
Starting pay of $0.65 CPM with annual increases of $0.01 CPM up to $0.70 CPM
Prior full years of tenure with the carrier are honored for pay progression
Stop and exception pay makes up approximately 25% of total compensation
Live stop pay: $65 per stop
Drop and hook pay: $35 per stop
Safety and service bonus opportunities of up to $1,000 per year
New drivers average approximately $84,000 annually or $1,615 per week in their first year

Thursday through Monday schedule (off Tuesday and Wednesday)
Friday through Tuesday schedule (off Wednesday and Thursday)
Drivers may select their preferred start time as long as it remains consistent week to week
Optional sixth workday available for drivers who want to unlock additional earning potential
Consistent and steady year-round freight ensures dependable weekly miles
Drivers who are near home and low on hours may take their 10-hour break there when possible

Holiday Pay
Eligible after one consecutive year of service
$200 per holiday for six major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the Fourth of July
Drivers are not required to work holidays
Holiday scheduling operates on a first-come, first-served basis
Drivers must be active (not on leave, suspension, or termination) to qualify
Paid Time Off Accrual
PTO accrual begins on the first day of employment
New hires and rehires: 1.5 hours accrued per week (approximately 7 PTO days per year)
1+ years of service: 1.54 hours accrued per week (approximately 10 PTO days per year)
6+ years of service: 2.31 hours accrued per week (approximately 15 PTO days per year)
19+ years of service: 3.08 hours accrued per week (approximately 20 PTO days per year)

Freight hauled on intermodal chassis and containers

Approximately 1,900 miles per week
High-performing drivers can run up to 2,400+ miles per week while still receiving 48 hours off

Parking Requirements
Drivers living within 30 miles of a terminal will park their trucks there during time off
Rider Policy
Riders allowed after 90 days with manager approval
Drivers must demonstrate strong safety and productivity performance

Drivers remain in the truck with their trainer throughout training unless they are of the opposite sex
