AT&T Sales Representative
Motivated, self-driven, and ready to put in the work? Teranga Management Group in East Berlin, CT is hiring AT&T Sales Representatives to join our retail sales team.
The Role:
You'll work the retail floor representing AT&T — helping customers find the right wireless plans, devices, and internet packages while hitting your own sales goals. No two days look the same, and what you put in is what you get out.
What You'll Do:
- Connect with customers and figure out what they actually need
- Sell AT&T wireless, devices, and home internet through activations, upgrades, and bundles
- Hit individual and store sales targets
- Process transactions and stay sharp on current promos and pricing
- Build customer relationships that last past the sale
You're a Fit If You:
- Have hustle and love a commission-driven pay structure
- Communicate well and can think on your feet
- Are coachable and always looking to level up
- Can work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
- Can stand for full shifts in a retail setting
- Have sales experience — great, but not required. We'll train the right attitude
The Details:
- Full-Time, W-2
- Starting yearly pay of $50,000 yearly, commission-based
- Based out of our East Berlin, CT office, with in-person sales in the surrounding area
- Exclusively repping AT&T products and services
Pay Range: $55,000.00–$70,000.00 per year
