Front Office Assistant/Receptionist
Job Description
Adrian Enterprises Is seeking a well-organized individual to fill our Front Office Assistant/Receptionist position. Experience not required, will be willing to train the right individual. The ideal candidate will be required to:
1. **Answering Phones: ** Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally answering incoming calls, addressing resident inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate person.
2. **Email Correspondence: ** Manage and respond to email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.
3. *Office Duties: ** Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining residence to ensure smooth daily operations.
4. *Tenant Relations: ** Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents and all addressing concerns
SKILLS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
