The Role
The Document Controller / Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing technical and operational documentation for the facility while supporting procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination. This role ensures accurate document control, regulatory compliance, and timely acquisition of materials and services critical to plant operations. This is an on-site role based in Washington, WV.

Expected:
Education & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in document control, procurement, or supply chain in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment
- Experience working with regulated environments (e.g., chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals) is highly preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for procurement and inventory management
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, EDMS)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with plant documentation standards and engineering drawings
Knowledge & Competencies
- Understanding of chemical plant operations and safety standards
- Knowledge of procurement processes, contract terms, and vendor management
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
