Responsibilities
- Lead daily shop operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food and beverage delivery
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards to guarantee compliance with health regulations
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS, order processing, and sales tracking
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate ordering to minimize waste and maximize profit
- Supervise kitchen management tasks including food production, quality control, and food handling procedures
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to foster professional growth
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and hospitality best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a focus on coffee or casual dining environments
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety management
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS expertise required
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams within hospitality or food industry settings
- Experience managing inventory control, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills for team training, staff management, and customer service excellence
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hotel or catering settings is a plus; barista or coffee experience is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for financial transactions and inventory calculations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality industry standards
