OMS360 is hiring a VP of Operations to lead operational execution across our growing national network of oral and maxillofacial surgery practices.
About OMS360
OMS360 is a premier support organization for oral and maxillofacial surgeons, headquartered in the Atlanta metro area and backed by Shore Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Founded in 2022 through partnerships with leading oral surgery groups in Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia, we've grown into a multi-state platform. Our partner network now spans nine states across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.
We provide comprehensive operational support to our partner practices, including operations, marketing, revenue cycle management, finance, HR, compliance, and technology, so surgeons can focus on clinical excellence and patient care. Our 360 Operating System drives consistency, efficiency, and best-practice adoption across the network, and it's a core part of what this role will help build and scale.
We're a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization in an active growth phase, and we're looking for leaders who want to help shape what comes next.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the COO, the VP of Operations leads our Regional Operations Manager team and owns consolidated performance across the regional portfolio: revenue, EBITDA, and operational KPIs, with practices representing $10M+ in revenue per region. You'll translate company strategy into a consistent operating cadence, scale best practices from top-performing regions, and build the leadership bench that powers our next phase of growth.
What You'll Do
-
Manage, coach, and develop the Regional Operations Manager team, setting clear goals and performance expectations for each region
-
Establish a consistent operating rhythm, including business reviews, reporting standards, and escalation paths to the COO
-
Own budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across all supported regions in partnership with Finance
-
Drive the continuous development of the 360 Operating System, standardizing processes and playbooks to reduce variance across practice locations
-
Identify performance gaps, lead corrective action plans, and scale what's working
-
Serve as the escalation point for significant patient, provider, and operational issues
-
Build succession plans and raise leadership capability across regional leadership
What You Bring
-
8+ years in operations leadership, including 3+ years managing multi-site or multi-region leaders; dental, healthcare, or multi-location services strongly preferred
-
A proven track record of improving operational KPIs, revenue, and EBITDA across a portfolio
-
Executive-level communication and presentation skills, paired with the field instincts to spot risk and opportunity early
-
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA a plus (equivalent experience considered)
-
Willingness to travel across regions to support offices, ROMs, and partner doctors
Why OMS360
You'll join a performance-driven organization built on teamwork, integrity, growth-mindedness, excellence, and respect, with a direct line to the COO, real ownership over how we scale, and the backing of an experienced healthcare investor.
OMS360 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
