Working Hours/Shift:
8 hours per week (weekdays), with a hybrid arrangement of 4 hours on-site and 4 hours remote. Flexible days and hours available.

What you bring to SBHG:
Licensure & Education:
-
Must be registered in California with the BBS (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) or the Board of Psychology (Psy.D / Ph.D).

A master’s degree or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
-
Two (2) years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
Experience:
-
Four (4) years of direct service experience working with individuals with mental illness (experience with adult populations preferred).

Two (2) years of experience supervising direct care staff (experience in a healthcare setting preferred).
Requirements:

A valid California Driver’s License and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria is preferred.
How you will make a difference

Trains, supervises, evaluates, and disciplines assigned staff.

Provides ongoing in-service training and continuing education on a regular basis for recovery counselors and for other clinical staff, as needed.

Establishes and maintains an on-going relationship with county agencies, health care facilities, placement centers and other resources necessary to affect the continuum of care for clients returning to the community.

Prepares, maintains, reviews, and assists in revisions, at least annually, the policy and procedures of the program department.

Ensures orientation, annual education, in-service training, and continuing education for clinical staff members will meet regulatory compliance as well as lead to program and staff growth.

Directs, coordinates, and maximizes the integration and cooperation of programs with other services and local community resources by facilitating collaborations and partnerships between representatives of the County, contract providers, and non-profit agencies.

24/7 inpatient voluntary program
16-bed facility for adults (ages 18-59)
Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services
Pre-vocational or vocational counseling
Medication evaluation and support services
