We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team in the paving industry. The ideal candidate will have a NETTCP certification for the plant or field and be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests on asphalt mixtures and aggregates to ensure that they meet quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify any quality issues.
- Provide recommendations to production teams on how to improve quality.
- Maintain accurate records of testing results.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
- Provide training to production teams on quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- NETTCP certification for plant or field is perffered.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of paving industry standards and regulations is a plus.
- Familiarity with testing equipment and laboratory procedures.
