Job Description

hear from you! A restaurant host is the first person guests interact with when they enter a
restaurant. You’ll be responsible for managing reservations, handling takeout orders,
greeting and seating guests, answering the phone and making sure the dining
experience starts on a good note. We’re looking for someone to bring an infectious
energy, amazing organizational skills and composure to the role.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Handle check-ins for reservations
- Seat guests, escort to their table and present them with menus
- Answer the phone in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
- Manage seating chart of dining room during service
- Thank guests as they exit the restaurant
- Keep waiting area and front desk clean and organized
Requirements
- A love of high energy environments
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to stay cool under pressure, and keep a smile!
- Previous host or customer service experience preferred
