The Role
Despite the title, this is NOT a sales role.
The Partner Growth Coordinator is a partner-facing fulfillment role that works closely with our Partner Growth Leads (PGLs). You’ll help keep partner work organized, communicated, and executed on time by supporting meeting logistics, documentation, project coordination, reporting setup, and internal follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
Partner meeting + communication support
- Attend partner meetings via Zoom with your assigned PGL; take clear notes and capture action items, decisions, and commitments for all parties.
- Assist with partner communication by drafting and organizing emails and follow-ups (with guidance and review as needed).
Project coordination + fulfillment execution support
- Serve as logistical support for your PGL regarding the execution of fulfillment work for our client-partners.
- Work with your PGL to ensure scoped work is delivered on time and meets quality expectations.
- Help create and maintain task assignments in Monday.com (our task management system), including deadlines, owners, and status updates.
- Coordinate with internal fulfillment specialists to keep projects moving and remove blockers.
Reporting + systems support
- Set up reports for new partners and ensure ongoing accuracy of data in these reports.
- Maintain organized partner documentation (meeting notes, decisions, next steps, access details, etc.).
Learning + development
- Learn our processes, tools, and strategies so you can operate skillfully and independently over time and take on increasing ownership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Comfortable in a high-performance, high-accountability environment
- Ambitious, coachable, and eager to grow into greater responsibility
Bonus Points For
- Experience with digital marketing tools and concepts (SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile)
- Experience with website content management systems (WordPress or similar)
- Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools
