<Duties>

- Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness at all times.
- Manage classroom activities to encourage exploration, creativity, and learning through play-based methods.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention in collaboration with specialists when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns.
- Administer basic first aid when needed and follow proper procedures for emergencies or incidents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team atmosphere focused on continuous improvement in childcare practices.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and transitions between activities.
- Stay current on best practices in childhood education, childcare regulations, and early childhood development techniques through ongoing training.
<Skills>
- Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, or similar environments; experience with infants, toddlers, or special education is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methodologies.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Certification in first aid and CPR.
- Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Demonstrated patience, compassion, and adaptability in caring for young children with diverse needs.
- Experience with classroom management tools and caregiving routines such as diapering or feeding schedules.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a nurturing approach.
