What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative and seasonal dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
- Ensure timely and efficient service during busy shifts.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper cooking techniques.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
