Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced, hands-on Retail Store Lead at our Opitz Annex retail location in St Louis Park. The Store Lead will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock replenishment, and maintaining a neat and organized sales floor. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and an understanding of retail principles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and capable of promoting a positive shopping environment that encourages teamwork and customer satisfaction.
As a Full-time Retail Lead at our Annex Store, you would have a variety of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service on the sales floor, assisting customers in locating desired items, providing information on our features, sales/return policies, etc.
- Monitoring fitting rooms, preparing items not selected, for return to the sales floor. Returning merchandise to the sales floor.
- Operating a cash register to complete sales transactions.
- Assisting in the recovery of the store at end of the day.
- Assist in training employees.
· Ensure that product is being marked down within the markdown cycle time frame.
