Duties
- Prepare and package products according to specified procedures, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble packaging components and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility, supporting inventory management.
- Conduct routine inspections of packaging lines, identify potential issues, and perform minor repairs or escalate as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of packaging processes, including logs for inbound/outbound shipments and incident reports.Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, with a strong understanding of packaging processes.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and troubleshoot basic machinery problems.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required. As you Grow with the company
