United Community Options (UCO) of South Florida, formerly United Cerebral Palsy of South Florida, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing healthcare team.

Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care and medication administration while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings. This position works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote each person's health, safety, dignity, and quality of life.
Available Shifts:
- Full-Time
- Part-Time
- PRN/Per Diem
- Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend Shifts
- On-Call Opportunities Available
- Weekend and Night Shift Differentials
Qualified candidates may be eligible to begin employment shortly after completing all required pre-employment clearances.

QualificationsRequired
- Current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist individuals (up to 50 pounds with assistance)
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
Preferred
- Two or more years of nursing experience
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Experience in pediatric nursing and/or residential group home settings
- Knowledge of person-centered care practices
