Theo's Steaks & Seafood is seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff
- Manage labor costs while maintaining excellent service standards
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health department compliance
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure outstanding food quality
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Full-service restaurant experience required
- Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop employees
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, and daily operations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
