Description
the budtender associate is responsible for processing transactions at the end of a customer’s visit. they will utilize exceptional customer service in conjunction with our point-of-sale system to ensure an unparalleled customer experience. extensive cannabis knowledge is not required, but a passion for cannabis is a must.
High volume retail experience required.
This position is also a tipped position. $17.00/hr +tips
Responsibilities
- Budtenders are responsible and work all positions in our facility
- Checks and confirms the ID of the customer
- Helps customers with the purchase of products
- Stay up to date with product information and business promotions
- Process transactions through the dispensary point-of-sale system
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with merchandising and cleaning as directed
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cashier or clerk experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Responsible cash handling experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Retail experience preferred
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must possess current state cannabis worker license or permit (if applicable)
