What You'll Do as a Crew Member
- Represent TruConnect products and services with professionalism while creating positive and engaging customer interactions.
- Learn about each customer's needs and recommend wireless solutions that best fit their lifestyle and connectivity goals.
- Clearly explain product features, service options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment details to help customers make informed decisions.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process and assist with account-related questions while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation while following company policies and compliance standards.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-focused customer service that builds trust and lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly performance goals while contributing to a supportive and results-driven team environment.

What We're Looking For in a Crew Member
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
