Join our friendly and energetic dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)! We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and patient-focused professional who takes pride in providing excellent care and supporting an efficient clinical environment.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience using Dentrix dental software. You will assist our dentists during procedures, take and process X-rays, prepare treatment rooms, maintain proper infection-control standards, document patient information, and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

We also value a healthy work-life balance. Our regular schedule is Monday through Thursday, plus only two Fridays per month—and the Fridays we work are half days! No weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental equipment, and ensuring all materials are ready for procedures.
- Assist dentists chairside during various treatments including restorations, extractions, fillings, and root canals.
- Take and develop dental x-rays and 3D scans while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and infection prevention protocols.
- Provide patient care by explaining procedures, taking vital signs, and addressing questions to ensure comfort and understanding.
- Maintain clinical confidentiality policies while handling sensitive medical documentation and medical records.
- Support dental sterilization procedures and infection control practices to uphold healthcare infection prevention standards.
- Assist with dental instrument processing, ensuring all tools are properly cleaned, sterilized, and stored according to aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with the team in four-handed dentistry practices to improve workflow efficiency during clinical procedures.
- Support patient management by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and acting as a friendly liaison between patients and the dental team.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent licensure in your region.
- Proven experience working in a dental clinic environment with knowledge of general dentistry procedures.
- Familiarity with Dentrix
- Proficiency in dental x-ray techniques and operation of dental equipment including 3D scanners when applicable.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and clinical confidentiality policies.
- Experience with pediatric dentistry, oral surgery assistance, endodontics, prosthodontics or other specialties is a plus.
- Knowledge of infection prevention management practices including aseptic technique and dental sterilization procedures.
- Ability to perform chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry techniques while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for patient care and collaboration within the dental team.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
