I am in search of a weekend Nanny with the occasional evening shift during the week; for two toddlers aged 2&3. Overnight availability would be great. I am an elder caregiver and my hours can vary/be unpredictable; but the more I work, the more you work, and the more we both get paid. I will need someone to watch my children in my home in Staunton. There are cats in the home as well.
One of my children has sensory and stimulation issues, we are awaiting a formal adhd diagnosis along with a referral for occupational therapy. We require someone with a great deal of patience and an understanding of early childhood development and how to navigate the challenges that come with. You would need your own vehicle and the space for two car seats, in case you’re needed for afterschool/daycare pickup.
You will get paid for anytime I use, but will also receive half-pay if you’re “scheduled” to work and I end up not needing you, in part to pay for the inconvenience of keeping yourself available unnecessarily. You will not get paid if you do not work due to calling out/requesting the day off. Pay will be $20/hr.
