Join our dynamic team as a Massachusetts Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential, working remotely to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), behavioral psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform treatment strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to registered behavior technicians (RBTs) or other staff members, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educational teams, and healthcare providers through client communication to support effective implementation of behavior plans across home and school environments.
- Perform intake assessments to evaluate client needs, develop treatment goals, and coordinate services tailored to each individual’s unique profile.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient care activities, and ensure adherence to confidentiality standards related to medical terminology and medical records management.
Experience
- Valid Massachusetts BCBA certification with an active LABA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in clinical or home-based settings.
- Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health interventions, functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to perform behavioral health assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBA), and diagnostic evaluations effectively.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care protocols, medical documentation practices, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Skilled in data collection methods for behavioral therapy programs and proficient in using data-driven approaches to inform treatment decisions.
- Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach towards working with children with disabilities in both home-based and educational environments.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
