North Shore Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our growing team. We are a well-established hospitality company that has proudly operated successful high-volume restaurants throughout the North Shore for more than 20 years.

Responsibilities
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in a high-volume kitchen
Maintain consistency, presentation, and food quality standards
Assist with daily kitchen operations and service execution
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Help maintain inventory, prep levels, and kitchen organization
Contribute to menu development and specials when appropriate
Maintain professionalism and urgency during busy service periods

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or culinary experience required
Experience in high-volume kitchens preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Culinary training is a plus but not required
