As we continue expanding our services—including outpatient therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS), and integrated behavioral health—we are seeking a motivated Dual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in both Texas and New Mexico to join our multidisciplinary team.
Position Summary
The Dual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (TX/NM) provides outpatient psychotherapy and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse populations while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record
- Complete progress notes within organizational timeframes
- Conduct crisis assessments and safety planning when appropriate
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical providers, case managers, schools, and community agencies
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with NASW Code of Ethics and state regulations
- Attend required staff meetings, supervision (if applicable), and trainings
- Assist with program development and quality improvement initiatives as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted LCSW license in both Texas and New Mexico
- Minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing psychotherapy across the lifespan
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance documentation
- Experience with trauma-informed care
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Experience providing telehealth services
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches
- Experience with Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Substance Use Disorders, or Community Support Services is a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
