Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues positively.
- Support night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
- Maintain front desk operations with attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and accuracy in all transactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service background with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances your ability to succeed.
- Bilingual skills in English and another language are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests.
- Experience in guest services within resorts or hotels helps you understand the nuances of hospitality excellence.
