What you'll do

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Vectored Approach aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.

Diagnose and resolve issues across engine, airframe, and avionics systems with minimal supervision.

Assist in developing maintenance processes and documentation as the department grows.

Consult with aircraft maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and other documentation for inspections and repairs.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, ensure timely completion of tasks and aircraft maintenance deadlines.

Manage parts inventory and ensure proper tracking of specialized tooling and equipment.

Support charter readiness and maintenance requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to all facility safety protocols.
Qualifications

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate. Inspection Authorization (IA) certificate preferred.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience after A&P certification required.

Vision Jet and Part 135 experience strongly preferred.

Excellent mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand and power tools, calipers, micrometers, ammeters, and other precision measuring instruments.

Superb verbal and communication skills, ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions.

Adept at interpreting technical documents, schematics, and instruction manuals.

Tech savvy with strong customer-facing skills

Flexibility to travel to different locations if required.
