Summary
As a Chiropractic Assistant at Rao Family Chiropractic, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting our busy practice and enhancing the patient experience. This role is vital to our commitment to delivering high-quality chiropractic care and ensuring patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate documentation of medical history.
- Provide exceptional patient service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Administer therapies in office including Decompression Therapy and StemWave
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and office space.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness strategies to enhance their experience.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance verification.
Qualifications
- Experience in patient service or healthcare settings preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
