We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel welcomed.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Communicate wait times to guests and provide updates as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional guest services.
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is great, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and communication.
- Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally when managing reservations or inquiries.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
