Position Summary
ROAM Luxury Custom Candles is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our growing luxury custom candle business. This role serves as the bridge between our sales team and client to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to placing an order..
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building relationships while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in supporting wholesale accounts, custom gifting programs, corporate orders, hospitality partnerships, and private-label candle projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and qualify leads.
- Prepare quotes, mockups, and order documentation for clients.
- Support the sales team with account management and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Coordinate sample requests and track follow-up opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the order process.
- Communicate timelines, production updates, and shipping information.
- Build strong relationships with corporate gifting, hospitality, retail, and wholesale clients.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, account management, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with wholesale, corporate gifting, hospitality, or custom product businesses is preferred.
- Passion for premium products, branding, and customer experience.

Compensation & Bonus
Base pay for this role is $50,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience.
This position is also eligible for a quarterly performance bonus of up to $1,000 per quarter. Bonus eligibility is based on strong execution in customer communication, lead follow-up, CRM organization, quote and sample coordination, order accuracy, internal handoffs, and overall support of the sales team.
This is not a heavy commission-based role. The bonus is designed to reward consistency, accuracy, communication, follow-through, and strong support of the sales and customer experience process.

Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Dripping Springs / Austin-area production facility.
Standard hours are Monday through Friday. Some seasonal flexibility may be needed during peak production and holiday gifting periods.
Reporting Structure
This role reports to the Director of Sales and works closely with production, print, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, and company leadership.
