Evercare of Lebanon is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our environmental services team and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home for our residents. This leadership role is responsible for supervising housekeeping operations while ensuring compliance with infection control standards and maintaining the highest level of resident satisfaction.

Supervise daily housekeeping operations
Schedule, train, coach, and support department staff
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
Ensure resident rooms, common areas, dining rooms, and staff areas are maintained to skilled nursing standards
Monitor inventory and order housekeeping and PPE supplies
Maintain compliance with CDC, OSHA, CMS, and facility infection control guidelines
Complete department documentation, audits, and cleaning logs
Respond to resident and staff requests promptly and professionally
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Previous housekeeping or environmental services supervisory experience preferred
Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge of infection prevention and sanitation practices
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
