Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Professional Videographer to join our dynamic team. This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos for various projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, events, and editorial work. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to bring artistic vision to life through compelling visual storytelling. Experience with post-production editing and a solid understanding of color management are essential to produce polished, professional content that aligns with brand standards.
Duties
- Capture stunning photographs and engaging videos across diverse settings and subjects
- Manage all aspects of post-production editing using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere
- Conduct color correction and color grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output
- Develop creative concepts and art direction for photo shoots and video projects
- Operate filming equipment such as cameras, lighting, and stabilizers during productions
- Edit photos for manipulation, retouching, and enhancement to meet project specifications
- Produce video content from filming through editing, including storyboarding and sequencing
- Manage social media platforms by creating visually appealing content that boosts engagement
- Collaborate with clients or team members to understand project goals and deliver tailored visual solutions
- Maintain organized digital files and backups of all media assets
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects; experience with Final Cut Pro is a plus
- Strong knowledge of photography techniques, photo editing, photo manipulation, and art direction
- Expertise in videography including filming techniques, video production workflows, and post-production editing
- Solid understanding of color management principles and color theory for consistent visual output
- Experience with social media management to optimize content for various platforms
- Excellent eye for detail combined with creative storytelling abilities
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients or team members
- Ability to adapt quickly to different styles and project requirements while maintaining high standards of quality
