Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials for efficient workflow
- Operate power tools and hand tools such as drills, saws, hammers, and trowels to perform tasks like framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing
- Support rebar installation and concrete forming to ensure structural integrity of foundations and frameworks
- Mix and pour concrete using mixers and pumps, ensuring proper consistency and placement for various applications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute tasks like metal stud framing, roofing, or masonry work
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, concrete blocks, or steel beams while maintaining safety protocols
- Assist with specialized tasks including stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, or restoration work to meet project specifications
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge for operating heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for precise execution of tasks
- Experience with masonry, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout long workdays
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices for working at heights or in confined spaces

Pay: $25.45 - $30.65 per hour
