We’re a growing, family-owned residential remodeling company looking for our first Project Manager to join our team.
This is more than a project management position—it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of our company. As our first Project Manager, you’ll work directly alongside the owners, help build systems and processes, and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every client.

What You’ll Do
Every day brings something different, but your responsibilities will include:
- Manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules for subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
- Order and track materials to keep projects moving
- Visit active job sites to ensure quality workmanship and project progress
- Communicate regularly with homeowners, providing updates and exceptional customer service
- Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions
- Maintain project schedules and documentation
- Create and manage punch lists to ensure projects finish at the highest standard
- Work alongside ownership to improve processes and help grow the business

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
Preferred, but not required:
- Residential remodeling or construction experience
- Project management or project coordination experience
- Customer service or client-facing experience
- Experience scheduling multiple trades and vendors
- Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend, JobTread, CoConstruct, or similar)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. We proudly serve a diverse client base and work alongside both English- and Spanish-speaking trade partners. The ability to communicate in both languages is a valued asset, though it is not required for this position.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $48,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience, plus performance bonuses.
