Duties
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to expedite food orders, ensuring timely preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station, including food handling areas and serving stations.
- Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to support smooth service flow.
Requirements
- Previous food service experience, including restaurant or hospitality roles, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of POS systems and food safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
