Lady of the Oaks is a Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facility located in Lafayette, Louisiana.
We are looking for an RN with Nursing Home management experience, someone who deeply cares for their residents and corresponding community, and a true leader of people. The RN Charge Nurse is responsible for the supervision of nursing services ensuring that the facility’s residents care policies and procedures are implemented. The RN Charge Nurse will function as house supervisor and will provide direct patient care as needed.
