Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
- Collect accurate session data
- Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with BCBAs and families
- Maintain professional documentation
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- OR completion of the 40-hour RBT training
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for working with children
- Strong communication skills
This role is a great fit for candidates with experience in ABA therapy, autism services, behavioral health, childcare, special education, paraprofessional support, direct care, or developmental disabilities. Entry-level candidates completing the 40-hour RBT course may also be considered.
Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
