We are seeking an experienced Residential Housekeeper to support the daily care and upkeep of our client's private residence. The ideal candidate has experience working in high-end homes and is committed to maintaining an exceptional level of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. This role requires professionalism, discretion, reliability, and a keen eye for detail. Flexibility and the ability to take direction from your supervisor are essential to success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service while maintaining efficiency and discretion
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces according to established standards
- Clean living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and shared spaces
- Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, furnishings, and household items
- Empty trash and maintain clean, hygienic bathroom areas
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as needed
- Maintain outdoor areas by dusting outdoor furniture, cleaning exterior appliances and sweeping and light sweeping.
- Communicate respectfully and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Support the residence with additional tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and adaptable throughout the day
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and quality of work
- Ability to follow established routines and take direction with professionalism
- Maintains discretion and respects the privacy of the residence and its occupants
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
- Reliable personal transportation is required to support consistent attendance and scheduling
Experience
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or professional cleaning environments preferred
- Experience working in high-standard or detail-oriented settings is a plus

Schedule & Pay
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Schedule: TBD - 7am - 3pm or 9-5, with flexibility for weekend work
