Job Description:
Dave Smith Ford is hiring 2-3 Automotive Technicians/Mechanics A and B level for our high volume automotive dealership. Diesel experience is a plus!
Candidate must have a strong work ethic, good communication and time management skills, and take pride in a job well done.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am - 4:30pm. Rotating Saturdays; 8am-5pm and either Wednesday or Thursday till 7pm (with one day off the following week)

Job Responsibilities:
- Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
- Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing repair, if authorized by the Customer.
- Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.
- Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
- Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
