Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Busser/Food Runners to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our service operation, ensuring tables are clean, well-organized, and ready for new guests. You will support servers by delivering food promptly, clearing dishes efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced hospitality environment where teamwork and positive energy drive success.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas including dining tables, floors, and service stations through regular cleaning and bussing.
- Support food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs.
- Help set up dining areas before service begins and assist with closing duties at the end of shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to bus tables efficiently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and basic kitchen operations is a plus.
- Reliable, energetic, and eager to learn about Korean BBQ and hot pot dining concepts.
- Fluent in English and Spanish not required but helpful
