Overview
We're looking to hire a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing asphalt paving crew. Experience is preferred but not required- we're willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and work outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Assist with asphalt paving, grading and patching operations
- Shovel, rake, lute and compact asphalt
- Load and unload tools, materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow direction from foremen and equipment operators
- Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site
- Perform general labor as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is highly preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Asphalt experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
