Business Development Specialist
Part-Time | Base Hourly + Commission (First 90 Days)

Chic Cleaning Services is an award-winning cleaning company serving the Treasure Valley. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive company growth by developing strategic partnerships and securing new business opportunities.
This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of generating revenue, developing long-term client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities
Your primary focus is growing the business through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate new professional office cleaning contracts.
- Develop relationships with property managers, builders, contractors, office managers, and real estate professionals.
- Secure new construction, professional offices, and recurring residential cleaning accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets throughout the Treasure Valley.
- Represent Chic Cleaning Services professionally within the community and at networking events.
- Collaborate with ownership on growth strategies while independently managing your sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closed business.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- A proven history of success in outside sales, business development, and/or account management.
- Demonstrated experience generating new business and growing revenue.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A professional, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience working with commercial clients, property managers, builders, contractors, realtors, or service-based businesses is strongly preferred.
Compensation
First 90 Days
- Competitive hourly base wage plus commission while establishing your client pipeline and demonstrating performance.
After 90 Days
- High-performing candidates who successfully establish a consistent sales pipeline and meet agreed-upon performance expectations will transition into a commission-only compensation structure designed to provide significantly higher earning potential than the initial hourly training period.
Commission opportunities include:
- Recurring residential cleaning clients
- Professional office cleaning contracts
- New construction cleaning
- Builder and contractor partnerships
- Property management contracts
- Realtor and move-out cleaning projects
Additional quarterly performance bonuses may be available for achieving company growth goals.
Successful candidates who consistently meet or exceed established sales performance expectations can reasonably expect first-year earnings between $55,000-$80,000+
Mileage reimbursement, company apparel, business cards, and marketing materials are provided.
