Objective: In this position you will be monitoring the plastic injection molding machines and ensuring that finished parts meet required measurements.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the operation of injection molding machines and equipment
- Setting up and adjusting secondary operations of the equipment
- Staging material for optimal changeover time
- Accurately measuring and documenting critical dimensions of the finished product
- Handling polymer and raw plastic material
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in production, assembly or machine operation is strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of machine controls required
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatics theories would be great, but is not required
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Wage: $17.00-$17.00/hr.
