- Role: Business Development Manager
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Honolulu, Hawaiʻi
- Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Represent IFSH at client meetings, industry events, and community functions
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations for prospective clients
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
- Track sales activity, leads, and pipeline updates using CRM tools
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities for service expansion, renewals, and increased account value
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and client satisfaction
Marketing & Market Insights
- Support marketing efforts and client communication initiatives
- Assist in developing presentations and promotional materials
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in B2B or consultative sales is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
