Responsibilities
- Dishwashing: Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans. Stock clean items in proper service areas.
- Bussing & Cleaning: Clear and wipe down guest tables, clean floors, and maintain the general sanitation of the restaurant.
- Maintenance: Empty trash bins, clean and service restrooms, and occasionally tidy up outdoor or parking lot areas.
- Back of House Support: Help organize storage spaces, freezers, and coolers as needed.
Job Requirements & Environment
- Maintain a friendly, "Guests First" approach when interacting with customers and team members.
- Physical Demand: Ability to stand for long hours, bend, and lift heavy trays of dishes or supplies.
